NUTRITION SERVICES

A one hour nutrition consultation. During this hour we will discuss the following:

Your client in-take form.

What is your relationship with food? (for example: are you an emotional eater, do you tend to skip meals, do you gravitate toward certain foods when you are under stress, eat when bored, etc.)

A basic assessment of your current understanding of nutrition.

Go over your personal health and fitness goals.

Your individualized meal plan will be presented at this consult (the meal plan will be sent to you the day of consult). This plan is based on your lifestyle and health goals. It will include a comprehensive food list and a few plan-specific recipe ideas.

Approaches for combining foods for healthy meal options so you are able to eventually customize your own meal planning.

Depending on your goals it will provide strategies for weight loss, muscle gain and how to improve your health.

Mindful eating practices such as fasting, tracking your food, eating out, meals while traveling etc.
Check in forms which will be emailed to you each week.

To check progress, areas you may be struggling or other areas of concerns. These forms will help guide me in planning our follow-up consultations.

Any areas that need to be addressed immediately will be done so through email. More detailed discussions will be held until the time of consultation.
Follow up consultations: Consultations will take place every 2 weeks for 12 weeks. (5 follow-up consultations total). Follow-ups will last approximately 15 minutes where we will discuss the following:

What in your program worked and what aspects you struggled to achieve?

Any necessary adjustments to refine your program.

Additional coaching to help overcome whatever you may be struggling to achieve in your program.

Email access to answer minor questions.

My goal is to help you put together a nutrition program which will be easy to follow for life. You will gain an understanding of how to create your own menu plans and make healthier choices when dining out or traveling. Soon, this lifestyle will become second nature and you will be ready for any nutritional challenge you may face.
